Below is a list of roles that VOKLE provides for events, as well as their individual duties.

       

• Host
  • Creates and schedules the event
  • Can start and end the event
  • Can assign themselves as Producer and let a Co-host broadcast live video instead
  • Has access to staff chat
  • Can broadcast questions (but cannot screen them)
  • Can invite any attendee to the role of Co-Host or Producer
  • Can kick anyone from the event

  Producer
  • Can start and end the event
  • Has access to staff chat
  • Can broadcast questions
  • Can invite any attendee to the role of Co-Host or Producer
  • Can select specific cameras to show on screen using the Video Mixer
  • Can screen video calls before the host broadcasts them
  • Can approve or remove text questions before the host displays them
  • Can kick attendees from events
  • Is never broadcast onscreen

  Co-Host
  • Broadcasts live alongside the host
  • Can broadcast questions (but cannot screen them)
  • Can assign roles any attendee the role of Co-host or Producer
  • Can kick attendees from events
  • Has access to staff chat
