May we see a tutorial as to how we can actually share our desktop with anyone of these programs while we are broadcasting?

You can use various desktop screen sharing tools such as WebEx, gomeetnow, gotomeeting, RHUB appliances, Microsoft Lynch etc. in order to have desktop screen sharing, conduct webinars, web conferences, online meetings etc.
