Yes, the best option is to create an event that is hidden, therefore it's not searchable and will not appear on the event list on the front page. The only people who will be able to find your hidden event are the people you share the event link with. This is great for tech setups, demos, or private broadcasts you'd like to restrict access to.
To create a hidden event, simply click "Hidden Event" when scheduling the event. See below:

To share the event link with people, go to "My events" and click the Series with the hidden event. You will see the event scheduled there (it should say "hidden event") and click the small red link that says "View." This will direct you to the event link. Share this with people you'd like to attend your hidden event.

We found this is not actually correct. A hidden event IS SEARCHABLE and even further to that a hidden event can even come up in Google Searches! Is this correct because we had some trial events that were hidden however if you were at Vokle.com and searched 'world transformation movement' then our 'hidden' event would appear. Can you explain this please?
We tested this again, and the hidden events are functioning fine. The series will still appear, but when you click on it, the hidden events should not be there. Double check that you don't have any events of the same name that are public, and email us at contact [at]vokle.com if the issue persists.
